Honoring the memory of Grover Michael Loening and supporting the educational dreams of Melba School District students.
The Melba Memorial Scholarship Fund was created by the family of Grover Michael Loening of Melba to honor his memory and those that have been lost through tragedies in and around the community of Melba by providing post-secondary scholarships to students and recent graduates within the Melba School District and to provide financial support to Melba High School students participating in school-sponsored educational travel opportunities.
